By accessing or using CloserLabs AI ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Use of AI Sales Coaching
CloserLabs AI provides automated sales call analysis and coaching. Our AI systems analyze audio and transcript data to provide scoring and insights based on your specified rubrics. You acknowledge that AI insights are supplemental and should not be the sole basis for employment decisions.
3. Data Privacy & Processing
We prioritize data security. All call data processed by CloserLabs is encrypted. In compliance with GDPR and CCPA, we do not sell your data. We only process data necessary to provide you with sales coaching insights.
4. Intellectual Property
The rubrics, product knowledge, and training data provided by you remain your intellectual property. The analysis engines and platform architecture are the property of CloserLabs AI.
5. Limitation of Liability
CloserLabs AI is not liable for any business decisions made based on AI-generated scores. We provide a platform for operational excellence but do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes.
