• Rubric Data: Your custom grading criteria and product knowledge.

2. How We Use Data

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Generate AI-driven sales coaching insights.
• Score calls against your proprietary sales frameworks.
• Improve the accuracy of our transcription and analysis engines.

Importantly, we do not use your proprietary sales data to train public AI models. Your data stays within your organization's enclave.

3. Data Security (RLS)

We implement strict Row-Level Security (RLS) to ensure that users only have access to data within their own organization. Your transcripts and analysis results are protected by enterprise-grade encryption both in transit and at rest.

4. GDPR & CCPA Compliance

CloserLabs AI is built with "Privacy by Design." Under GDPR and CCPA, you have the right to:

• Request a copy of your personal data.
• Request the deletion of your account and associated call data.
• Opt-out of certain data processing activities.

5. Third-Party Services

We use trusted providers like Supabase (Database), Resend (Transactional Email), and Vercel (Hosting) to deliver our services. Each provider is audited for SOC2 compliance.
